Tapping to Heal

Tapping, otherwise known as the Emotional Freedom Technique or EFT, is a powerful healing technique that uses the same meridians as acupuncture (but without the needles!)

Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian points are thought of as energy pathways. These pathways help balance energy flow to maintain your health, while any imbalance can influence your wellbeing in a negative way.

By tapping on these meridians, you can reduce the stress or negative emotions surrounding a particular issue, ultimately restoring balance to your disrupted energy
